Board Meeting Schedule
The 169 Board of the Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted below) at least ten times per year at the Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities administrative office, 2387 Harding Highway East, Marion, OH 43302. These meetings are conducted in accordance with Ohio’s Sunshine Laws and are open to the public.

Compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973:
It is the policy of the MCBDD to treat all individuals with disabilities without regard to race, sex, color, religion, national origin, handicap, age, (40 and over), inability to pay or marital status. Annual Notice
All policies and procedures, including the Due Process Policy, are available to individuals being served by the board as well as parents, guardians, and service providers.
